Delete your account and information
You can ask us to remove your portal account and the personal information attached to it at any time, for any reason. You do not need to explain why, and there is nothing to talk you out of.
First, check whether you need this
Depending on what you want, there may be something faster:
- Just want the emails to stop? Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. Your account stays active.
- Want out of one group but want to keep your account? Open the group, go to the About tab, click the three-dot menu on the group card, and choose Leave Group.
- Want everything removed? Use the form below.
Request deletion
Send us the request using the form below. We aim to finish within a few days, and we commit to no more than 30 days. We will confirm by email once it is done.
Three things will help us act on it right away without having to write back for details:
- Choose "Privacy or account deletion" as the Inquiry Type.
- Use the email address you signed up with, so we can find the right account. If you are writing from a different address, tell us the original one in your message.
- In the message, say whether you also want your posts and comments removed, or just the account itself.
We ask for your name and email only so we can find and remove the right record. The request itself is deleted along with everything else.
What happens next
- We find your account using the email address you gave us.
- We delete your contact record, profile, message history, and the notes and activity attached to it. Your access to the portal ends at that point.
- If you asked us to remove your posts and comments, we take those down too.
- We email you to confirm it is finished.
Our platform holds deleted records in a recoverable state for 60 days as a safeguard against mistakes, then erases them permanently. Your account is closed immediately; the underlying data finishes clearing at the end of that window. There is more detail on our privacy page.
